On the ground floor, a long, bright corridor leads you to a cozy living room and the dining room, with a fully equipped open kitchen. Two magnificent fireplaces have been completely restored and the original oak parquet floor has been preserved. Half-timbered frames add charm to this spacious room. Board games, cards and comics are available to enjoy this spacious room.

You will also find on the sqme floor a bedroom with private bathroom and toilet.

Follow us upstairs. Two bedrooms share a common bathroom.
A third room has a bathtub and all the necessary bqby equipment.
The last bedroom is a duplex family suite fitting 4 to 6 people. It has a large private bathroom and a mezzanine with two single beds, a convertible sofa bed and a television.

All double beds in the cottage are queen-size (160x200 cm). All equipments have been purchased in 2020.

The Saint-Nicolas gîte has two special areas worth seeing: a spacious cellar and a large garden. In the basement, you can relax in the bar area and compete with game of table football and darts in our 25m² games room. A contiguous vaulted cellar of 20m² is under renovation. You will also find in the basement a 22 m² fully equipped laundry room.

The garden is a real haven of peace, lying on a deckchair, reading a book under the shade of the bicentennial oak tree. The cottage contains a roses garden on the north side, a fruit and vegetable garden to the east and, to the south, a 50 m² terrace surrounded by flowers, plants, ash trees, maples and boxwood. This is a perfect barbecue place.
​
An iron cross reminds the history of the presbytery. All the way to the back of the land, you will find the statue of Saint Nicolas, watching the Saulx river crossing the village. You can also enjoy the Petanque court under the shadow of our beautiful trees.
